Yinka Ayefele Recounts Painful Experience Of 25 Years Ago

Popular and Nigerian indigenous gospel singer Yinka Ayefele took to his official social media account today to share his painful experience of 25 years back with his fans and lovers. He shared some more details and insights about the accident that took his spinal cord and also shared his transformation since then.

The ugly accident which happened on the 12th of December 1997 brought back the singer’s memories who had nothing but to thank God for everything. The singer who was then a radio presenter was going for a radio program at OGBC and then had a terrible accident along the Ibadan/Abeokuta road which made him sustain a spinal cord injury that has disabled him from walking or standing on his feet till today. He further narrated that this sad experience led him to try a career in music and later discovered that music was in him and had been in him. He however thanked God his creator for his transformation despite everything and blessing till today.

The Nigerian gospel music singer later thanked all his amazing fans and lovers all over the world who have been a blessing in one way or the other and have stood by him from day one till now.

He wrote below:

It’s exactly 25 years ago today…Just keep thanking God on my behalf…It Was on the 12th of December 1997. My Turing point…I shall forever be grateful to the owner of my destiny.
